The difference in the cost of investing in the Gold or Enhanced Gold packages relate to the associated filming, editing and presentational qualities of the finished wedding film. The HD Gold package adds full High Definition on Blu-rays disks.
Consultations
We will arrange an initial meeting to discuss your requirements and explain how we work and be able to answer any
questions you may have. Up to two weeks before the day, a second meeting will be arranged to run through the plan,
so we all know the timings and what's to be expected
Venue Visits
We will visit your wedding venue before the day to scout out the best locations to place the video
cameras. Preparation is essential in helping the day run smoothly and ensuring great results.
Two Video Cameras
Each package includes two professional HD cameras. This is critically important for getting all the necessary shots. There will be one camera always shooting the entire event, while the other camera gets all of the close-up, second angle and reaction shots (the bride and groom holding each others hands, the tear in a fathers eye or the flower girl who can't sit still etc) These are the shots that make the video truly special.
Two Cameraman Footage
Some competitors offer only one camera operator. We are able to offer two cameramen, both members of Institute of Videography, to film your entire day in stunning HD.

We at AC Wedding Films use only the finest professional grade cameras. What this means is a much better picture when working under adverse conditions such as your wedding. We keep your faces sharper and evenly exposed and can enjoy more vibrant colours for a wedding video look that rivals a theatrical release.

Each of our packages includes filming up until a certain time. If additional filming is required beyond these times an hourly rate is applicable to cover the cost of our videographers staying on.

Music & Film Licences
If you book a wedding video with us, all the licence fees involved are included in the price.
We hold all the necessary licences to film in all different types of venues.
The cost of your video package also includes copyright licences that allow us to add licenced music to your final wedding video.
Editing Time
Basic editing includes: 25hrs
Basic edit and cuts
Moderate editing includes: 35hrs
Colour correction and grading, editing and encoding for DVD.
Advanced editing includes: 70hrs
Multi-camera editing, which allows your edited wedding video to flow in real time like TV shows or films, colour correction, colour grading, black & white, vintage sepia tones, slow motions, tints, various professional film effects, custom titles, cuts and much more.
Filming of venue(s)
On the morning of the wedding we capture the atmosphere, surroundings and flowers at the ceremony venue before your guests arrive. Exterior and interior shots of the venue are edited together and set to music to create an opening sequence for the ceremony.
Filming family & friends arriving at the wedding
We will have cameras at the ceremony venue at least one hour before your guests start arriving. As well as allowing us to make final preparations and shoot some external footage, the main reason for being there so early is to film your guests arriving which really helps to capture the build up, excitement and the atmosphere of your special day.
Filimg of Full Ceremony and Photos
We will film the entire ceremony using three cameras and two camera operators. This allows us to capture all the magic moments from different angles creating a truly cinematic result. We also use the latest wireless microphones to ensure we capture every word without being obtrusive.
Photographer Photo Shoot Session
Alongside the photographer we will cover the traditional photo session, whether it takes place at the wedding enue or the reception venue. With your chosen photographer you will have discuseed what shots you want taken and we will not intrude. As a resuly our cameras are placed so as to make sure we capture the action without becoming the centre of attention ourselves.
Bride and Groom entering reception
As you welcome all your guests into the wedding breakfast itself, we will have two cameras on hand to capture everyone as you greet them. Once everyone is seated and the newly married couple are announced, we will film as you make your way to the top table. During the meal, we will turn the cameras off and leave the room so you can enjoy your meal.
The Speeches
We will be there to capture all of the speeches, using 2 cameras. We use wireless microphones to record every word whilst remaining as far away as we can be so we are not in the way of any of your guests.
Cutting of the Cake
Following the meal, we will return to your room to film the happy couple cutting the wedding cake. As with the rest of the day, two cameras are used throughout this period to ensure a variety of shots and total coverage of the action.
First Dances
Your first dance as a married couple is the most magical moment, you will want to re-live forever. We film this romantic moment with two cameras to ensure we never miss a moment.
Bespoke disc and case design
Your personalised DVD discs will be designed with a personal touch for your wedding. They will be professionally printed and every care will be taken to ensure that the product looks as good as you felt on your special day.
We can also design your cover and disc around the theme of your wedding.
Dubbed Music
We want your wedding DVD to be as personal as possible, so we encourage you to pick songs that hold special meanings for you both.
Alternatively, we can use our experience and vast music library to select some appropriate music.
Music is one of the most important aspects to your film. We encourage our clients to provide us with many possibilities and we welcome them all. From your suggestions, we create a master music list. At the same time, we also suggest allowing us to use a mixture of instrumental film scores and vocal pop music. From this, we will create a professionally mastered soundtrack of music to match your wedding.
Highlights romantic sequence with slow motion
This is a cinematic recap of the entire wedding day using creative effects to really capture the true romance of this very special occasion. The highlights will be set to the music of your choice and might be a good chose of your first song.
The Highlight Film (HD) is a custom edit of the very best moments of your wedding day. The style of editing is a creative blend of compelling visual images, cinematic special effects and a digitally mastered soundtrack of music and natural sound. The time-line is chronological and tells the story of your wedding day from start to finish.
This collection includes:
Wedding day coverage of the ceremony, photo session and reception through formalities of cake cutting, parent dances and several dance sets.
iPhone/Android Compatible Highlights File
Includes a digital version of your closing highlights for use on social networking sites or mobile devices.
Teaser Trailer
This is a short trailer that can be produced after the wedding and displayed on facebook for your entire wedding party to view and share.
Fireworks
For a little extra we are able to film your amazing firework display at the end of the evening.
Wedding Photographer
We can organise a package that covers both video and photography depending on availably of ourselves and our sister company AC Designs.
Photo Montage
High quality, HD stills taken from video footage are used to create a beautiful photo montage. Please note that this is not intended to replace professional photos.
Bridal / Groom Preparations
We are able to offer to film both the bride & groom preparation (subject to location), this footage will then be backed by the music of your choice or you can leave that to us) and is used to set the scene and build to the ceremony itself.
Bridal preparation features the bride getting ready. dress & accessories, hair and make up finishing touches or magic transformation.
Grooms Preparation
As with the Brides preparation we will travel to the location where the groom is getting ready and film him and his grooms men as they get ready for the wedding.
