At AC Wedding Films we pride ourselves on excellent customer services. Our customers always come first. We limited the number of weddings we do each year to make sure all of our attention can be given to you, giving your wedding film the best result possible.
We have many years experience in video production and design work.
Our chief videographer and head of the creative team, Ian, is a qualified member (associate) of the Institute of Videographers, assuring clients that his work has been independantly assessed to meet professional standards and has many years experience in video production including wedding videography, live event videography, film production and documentaries giving him a wealth of experience and skills in producing and editing. This enhances and complements his experience when filming weddings.
Our chief designer is a qualified artist/designer, with accolades and awards, who graduated from Gray’s School of Art and has been involved in many projects ranging from weddings to high quality digital paintings, to design commissions. Along with a great wedding film fully authored DVD you will be presented a unique and beautiful case designed especially for you.
Our Process
At AC Wedding Films, our wedding videography process really is unique. Using our in-house designers, our team works closely with you to accurately sketch your perfect wedding before customising our abilities to find the ideal videography package for you.
Meet and Greet
Prior to your special event, a pre-wedding consultant meeting is arranged at no added cost to discuss your visions and requirements & advise on the best ways to achieve a great film. We are always up front about our costs and services and commit our promises in writing. With concepts and services agreements in place, our team will focus on discovering specific videography style that captivates you the most. We will also begin documenting any specific request, important notes, and priorities related to the shoot.The final step of the pre-production phase is a review of your wedding plans. This means gaining insightful knowledge of your rundowns and special plans. We will then follow up and confirm again at least 1-2 weeks prior for any last minute details, changes and requests.

- Visual samples and ideas will be shown to reflect key elements of your design
- We will develop a series of options and proposals to determine your perfect package
- We will prepare a service agreement to confirm price, schedule, services, finished product, and any additional details
On the day
Equipment and our videographers will arrive early at your wedding location to setup, prepare and begin shooting, Detailed planning and rundowns are closely followed and referenced to ensure quality films and that no moments are missed.Editing Process

AC Designs and AC Wedding Films are now able to offer a combined wedding package at just £1,799.
By discounting the video price when combining the two services we aim to make the wedding video service more amenable and for those of you who haven’t made their minds up when it comes to wedding videography, we hope this reduction in cost gives everyone the opportunity of having their special day recorded.
